3. Payment Gateway Integration

  • Payments made through our platform are processed through third-party payment gateways authorized under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Paytm, etc.).

  • All payment-related data (including card numbers, UPI IDs, and wallet credentials) are collected and processed directly by the respective payment gateway in compliance with PCI DSS and RBI’s Data Storage Guidelines.

  • Chillar Payment Solution Pvt. Ltd. does not store or access your complete payment information.

  • Any transaction delays, declines, or reversals arising due to banking, technical, or network issues are beyond our control.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and timelines may vary as per the policies of the respective payment gateway or bank.

  • You agree not to use the payment gateway for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

4. WhatsApp Integration

  • By providing your mobile number or opting in for WhatsApp updates, you consent to receive messages, alerts, and notifications from Chillar Payment Solution Pvt. Ltd. via WhatsApp.

  • These communications may include payment confirmations, service updates, verification codes, reminders, and promotional messages.

  • You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message.

  • All WhatsApp messages are sent via the official WhatsApp Business API and comply with WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies.

  • The Company is not responsible for any communication or messages originating from unofficial or fraudulent numbers claiming to represent us.

5. Data Privacy & Security

  • We value your privacy and handle all personal and financial information as per our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in India.

  • We use secure protocols, including SSL encryption and industry-standard safeguards, to protect your data.

  • While we strive to ensure complete data security, you acknowledge that no electronic transmission is 100% secure, and you share information at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

    • WhatsApp communication failures,

    • Force majeure events such as system downtime, network failures, or cyberattacks.

  • In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

8. Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Services in case of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

  • Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
